BigCommerce is the latest innovation from Interspire - a global company launched in 2003 by co-founders Mitchell Harper and Eddie Machaalani with over 40,000 clients.

We've put all of our passion and experience into making BigCommerce the easiest-to-use, most fun way to sell your products online. Although we have a user guide, we make our software so easy to use that you'll probably never need it!

How we do it

Since 2003 we've been helping businesses of all sizes succeed online. In fact, we've helped well over 40,000 businesses to date, including Dell, Kraft, Ticketmaster, Wayne Gretsky, Virgin and MediaTemple, as well as tens of thousands of small to medium businesses, entrepreneurs and universities.

With BigCommerce we make it easy and affordable for you to sell online without needing any whiz bang HTML knowledge or fancy design skills. We strongly believe that the best software is the easiest to use, so we like to say...

Why we do it

BigCommerce is the result of 6 of years of "real world" experience selling our own products online. Since 2003 we've sold tens of millions of dollars worth of products online, and we've learned a lot along the way - things like search engine optimization, usability, marketing and promotions.

By creating BigCommerce, we've taken all of our knowledge and experience with selling online and have created an easy to use and fun ecommerce platform to give you everything you need to sell your products online - and hopefully make a lot of money too.

Up until BigCommerce was released, we honestly felt it was just too hard for the average business owner to sell online.

With BigCommerce we're happy to announce that we can give you everything you need to sell online - the ecommerce platform, the ability to completely modify the look and feel of your store without knowing HTML, the features you need, both self-help and phone support, and also a merchant account if you want to accept credit cards instead of using one of the 50+ payment methods we support.
