In this video I share a simple strategy you can use to gather customer feedback and implement it inside your business. Using this strategy you’ll improve your business processes and bottom line. You’ll also turn one-time customers into repeat customers who will send their friends your way because you’ve taken the time to a) ask for their feedback and b) implement it.

Try BigCommerce free for 15 days and see why it's loved by over 10,000 successful businesses.

Hey Mitch, I love the blogs, please keep them coming! I was wondering if you’d be able to add captions to your video? I’m frequently watching them in a location where I can’t use sound, and would certainly love to know what you’re talking about :-P – There’s my feedback!

If not captions then just the main title of what you’re currently discussing, I think captions would be rather hard.

We can always use more customer feedback, especially if we want to improve our customers, and their friends, experience in our stores. Always a win/win kind of thing!

Mitch, you made me realize why I haven’t been able to get people to complete a survey…I just asked for open ended feedback for improvement instead of asking specifics. Great idea. Thank you as always for these informative videos.
