Amazon Pay Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Subject to the BigCommerce Merchant Agreement and these terms, we will provide merchants who launch Amazon Pay by July 4, 2018 and complete a certain amount of transactions as stated below before 11:59 PM PST by August 24, 2018 with a $100 Amazon.com Gift Card (the “Offer”). One Gift Card will be issued per merchant, and the Gift Card will be issued to the email address that was used to register for the Offer. No purchase or fees are required to claim the Offer.

To be eligible for the Offer you must complete $100 in transactions as calculated by BigCommerce in our sole discretion before 11:59 PM PST on August 24, 2018 to receive a $100 Amazon.com Gift Card. BigCommerce will begin calculating transactions through Amazon Pay on June 25, 2018. 

You must maintain an Amazon Pay account in good standing to process transactions  to receive the benefits of the Offer.

Only Amazon Pay accounts with a first transaction date after June 25, 2018 and before August 24, 2018 are eligible for the Offer. The Offer does not apply to any use of Amazon Payments prior to June 25, 2018. The Offer only applies to merchants who enable Amazon Pay between June 25, 2018 and July 4, 2018. 

The Gift Card may only be used for purchases of eligible goods on Amazon.com or certain of its affiliated websites. The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for the purchase of another Gift Card. Except as required by law, the Gift Card cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. To redeem or view a Gift Card balance, visit “Your Account” on Amazon.com. BigCommerce is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. If the Gift Card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. The Gift Card is issued by ACI Gift Cards, Inc., a Washington corporation. No expiration date or service fees.

We may modify or cancel the Offer at any time. Offer good while supplies last.
