Flexible Order Routing and Fulfillment

Brightpearl has an advanced fulfillment module that provides flexibility in how orders are fulfilled. BigCommerce doesn't need to worry if an order is shipped via a 3pl, drop-shipment or on backorder. Brightpearl handles all of the logic to orchestrate the shipment of that item to a customer. Automation allows users to build these fulfillment rules directly into Brightpearl. A drop-ship process that might have taken hours between BigCommerce and Quickbooks can be done in seconds using Brightpearl.

Multi-Location Inventory Management

Within the BigCommerce connector a merchant can select exactly which of their warehouse(s) should be considered for their product availability levels per webstore, meaning that the business is maximizing their sales potential. When the orders are created, Brightpearl's fulfilment and automation workflows will route it to the optimal fulfilment location as per the business' preference.

Automated Accounting

With separate systems for sales, purchasing, inventory management, and accounting, the same data is input multiple times introducing increased risk of errors at each stage. Brightpearl creates journals automatically when you invoice sales, take payments, receive or ship stock, and just about anything else, so all data entry is automated, evolving the accounting team to a management by exception environment rather than a data entry one.

Multi-Channel Management
