Full featured Inventory tracking + some 7 months ago by
We've been with Stitch Labs for a few years now and have been really pleased with the direction they've been heading. It's got everything, a little overwhelming when we started but I'd assume that would be the case when migrating an entire stores inventory tracking system.
Ok, but has lots of room to improve 9 months ago by
I have been with Stitch labs for quite a few years. When I first started they were very affordable and customer service was excellent. Things have changed. Minimum prices is 500 dollars a month (more than what it costs to run the website). Plus, since I am an old customer, I don't get access to any of the new features coming out unless I want to pay a fortune for it. Customer service is spotty. Sometimes you get an awesome person to help and other times they are not that interested. For example, there is an issue with some of the report features. They know about this but I was told the following: "This particular issue is slated to be fixed the next time we do an overhaul of reporting. There’s currently no timeline for that, but we’ll certainly let you know as soon as this is fully fixed.". So I am stuck with a workaround that is quite time consuming. There are lots of other little bugs and problems with the interface (especially in Purchase orders) that I have shared with them but never got fixed. Overall, if this cost 100-200 dollars a month, it might be worth it. At $500 dollars, no way. There are plenty of other solutions for a lot less.
