We’ve seen a lot of great results with many of our clients using highly targeted offers and coupons. They really help influence potential buyers. We’ve found that in general they do good for the bottom line, and often AOV doesn’t fall even with a 10% off offer or something similar. If you incentivize buyers, you can often incentivize them to buy more as well.

There is still a lot of debate about “To discount or not”. In my experience, this is something that can be heavily tested! What products, categories, what kind of coupons – there are just so many things you can test out instead of a “Discounts = Bad” opinion.

In-store promotions is something that is not utilized that well by so many stores. Utilizing real estate on your store to promote your own inventory sounds so straightforward and obvious. Yet, not many stores leverage this.
