Our Self Service, Catalog Transfer, Technical Support, Premium Account Services and Strategic Account Management groups are dedicated to helping each customer, whether it’s their very first interaction with BigCommerce or they’re a longtime user looking to improve. 

We go beyond offering outstanding technical support, providing coaching and instruction for small businesses, established mid-market brands and all those in between. We also serve as the voice of the customer for our Product and Engineering teams, helping to guide our product roadmap and prioritize improvements that will empower our merchants
