At BigCommerce, MaryAnn leads the team responsible for non-traditional, high-margin revenue driven through strategic partnerships with some of the largest companies across Internet, Tech, Telco and Payments. She has expanded BigCommerce’s portfolio of mid-market and enterprise solution partners significantly to include industry-leading PIM, ERP, personalization and inventory management partners, aligning with the company’s goals of growing our mid-market and enterprise sales.
During her tenure at the company, MaryAnn has turned BigCommerce’s tech and payments partnerships into a channel for new merchant growth, working with our valued partners to align customers on our joint solutions and win new merchants together. Through her efforts, new merchant sourcing from SBD partners as a percent of all BigCommerce Gross New MRR has grown considerably, and represents a significant channel for new merchant growth at BigCommerce. MaryAnn is also responsible for launching a corporate reseller program that enables partners to bundle BigCommerce alongside their core products, creating a full-service suite of commerce solutions for their SMB customers.
Over the course of her career, MaryAnn has held leadership positions at technology and media businesses including Time Inc. and Rodale Inc. In addition, MaryAnn served as co-founder and President of Keep.com, a mobile shopping platform for millennial women. During that time, she was instrumental in the company’s ability to secure more than $40M in financing, which was used in building innovative technology to power unique and engaging shopping experiences.
MaryAnn holds a BS in Mathematics and Statistics from University of Michigan. She currently lives in the suburbs of New York City with her husband and two children.
