How Can I Get Started?

Putting the power of social commerce to work for your business is easy. Just follow these five simple steps:

  1. If you don't have a BigCommerce store yet, you can create a free trial or sign up from our plans page.

  2. Go to the BigCommerce SocialShop application on Facebook and click the "Add to my page" link on the left. If you haven't already created a fan page then do so here.

  3. Go to your fan page and click the "+" icon next to the tabs along the top of the page. Choose the "Shop" menu item with the BigCommerce icon.

  4. Fill in your BigCommerce store URL and choose which products you'd like to display. Click "Save Settings" when you're done.

  5. You'll notice a "Shop" tab will now appear on the menu for your Facebook fan page. This will be visible to your fans. You can change the settings at any time by clicking the link in the yellow administrators message at the top of the page (which only you can see)
