Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! The Feedonomics Surface Basic plan is free and lets you connect to select advertising channels, use basic data optimization features, and list a large number of SKUs (100K). If you need it, the Retail plan provides a suite of advanced tools to significantly increase your optimization capabilities, reduce the time it takes to create and maintain quality feeds, and spur growth.
Just a few clicks from the BigCommerce control panel, and you can activate Feedonomics Surface. You will also need to authenticate into each channel you would like to list products to.
Feedonomics Surface currently only integrates with Google and Meta, but we are actively working on adding more channels soon.
A Feedonomics account will be made for you automatically — based on your BigCommerce store — once you activate Feedonomics Surface.
Using Feedonomics Surface won't change the product data in your BigCommerce store. After you've activated Surface, your BigCommerce product catalog will automatically sync to Feedonomics Surface. Once completed, you'll be redirected to the Feedonomics platform where you'll be able to see all of your products and their data, such as images, titles, price, and more. From there, you can make changes specific to each product feed you distribute to your selected channels.
