As CSO, Rob leads the company’s Customer Success Services (CSS) organization, where he oversees all aspects of customer success, professional services, process excellence, learning and organizational development, workforce planning and community.
Over the course of his career Rob has spent more than 20 years leading customer success, sales engineering and customer-facing technical teams at a number of global technology companies including Commvault and MTI. Additionally, Rob is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Captain.
Rob holds an MA in Business from Webster University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a recent transplant to Austin, Texas, where he currently lives with his wife and children.
