Use Case: Preferred Pricing For Customer Employees
- You have a big customer (BigCo.com) with preferred pricing. All their employees can buy from your store with a company email address.
- Simply setup a rule to match on their BigCo.com address and the employees will be added to the BigCo group and get their group pricing.
- You want to give preferred pricing to all students and educators with a .edu address.
- Simply setup a rule to match on .edu addresses and they can be added to an Educator Group that has applicable promotions setup.
App Features
Add users to groups based on their email address
Easily create rules to auto assign customers to a group based on their email domain. All new customers' email addresses will evaluated when the account is created. If the email address domain matches a rule, the customer will be added to a specified BigCommerce group.
Monitor rule activations using the Admin Log
All email rule updates are monitored and written to the Admin Log for a complete trail of system changes.
Manage historic customers through the synch functionality
Setup rules and synch your historic customers to add them to the relevant group.
