Your BigCommerce store is capturing your customer's email addresses when they use the newsletter subscription widget or when they opt-in to marketing emails during checkout.
But in order to make use of this data being collected, you have to remember to log in to your BigCommerce store, regularly export the list of subscribers, and then go to SendGrid and import the contact list every time you want to sync your subscribers.

Automatically Sync New Subscribers
Customers on your store are already using the Newsletter Signup widget or electing to receiving marketing emails during checkout. The SendGrid Integration app will periodically check for new subscriber submissions and automatically load them into one or more of your SendGrid Marketing Lists.
Standard Subscription - Sync as frequently as every 4 hours
Pro Subscription - Sync as frequently as every 15 minutes
Requires an Active SendGrid Account
This app is designed to work with your existing SendGrid account, and you will be guided through the process of creating an API Key for the integration during setup. The SendGrid Integration app and Sasquatch Cloud Services are not affiliated with SendGrid or Twilio.
