Feedonomics Surface is offering feed management for Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads channels in closed beta.
Applications are open until February 28, 2026.
This feature seamlessly generates product feeds on both Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads, helping to expand your catalog’s visibility to a broad range of shoppers.
Current Feedonomics Surface users can apply by submitting the Early Access survey that appears in the app or by contacting our support team.
Feedonomics Surface allows you to manage product listings across multiple advertising channels with a streamlined interface. We’re excited to announce that from now until February 28, 2026, we are accepting applications to participate in the closed beta for Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads listings in the Feedonomics Surface app.
Feedonomics Surface for Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads utilizes your BigCommerce data to seamlessly generate compliant product feeds on two highly-used social media platforms. Each channel connection presents your products to a diverse audience with a unique set of features.
Pinterest is a particularly valuable platform because it offers high purchase intent in a discovery-driven, action-oriented environment. Your ads blend seamlessly into the platform as native Pins, and you can choose from a wide range of visual formats such as Promoted Pins, Carousels, and immersive video options, while benefiting from flexible budgeting, strong ROI potential, and detailed analytics. Pinterest’s robust targeting options make it well suited for driving awareness, engagement, and conversions throughout the planning and purchase journey. Pinterest is ideal for visual-first brands looking to reach customers early in the buying journey by driving brand discovery, traffic, and sales, especially for products like fashion, home, food, and beauty.
With Feedonomics Surface for TikTok, merchants can support paid commerce and manage their product feed for TikTok Ads with a connected feed URL. Centralized feed management accelerates campaign launches, keeps listings accurate, and maximizes visibility within TikTok's advertising ecosystem.

Note that the closed beta allows for the connection of the TikTok Ads channel for marketing your products. We anticipate adding support for direct commerce via TikTok Shop in late 2026.
All current users of Feedonomics Surface can apply to participate in the closed beta. To request participation, submit the Early Access survey that appears in the Feedonomics Surface app or contact our support team.

If you previously opted in to the Microsoft Ads closed beta, you can locate the survey by clicking Early access at the top of the page.

If you are not currently using Feedonomics Surface, you can install the app in your store to request participation in the beta. See Learn About Feedonomics Surface for app information and installation instructions.
After your form submission has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email from our Product team letting you know that your selected channels are available in your Feedonomics Surface app. They will also provide instructions for connecting the channels and listing your products.
The survey will be available in the app until February 28, 2026, after which we will no longer accept new requests to participate in the closed beta.
