Becky Logan
Senior Vice President of People
Becky is the Senior Vice President of People at BigCommerce, where she oversees the company’s global talent management, HR operations and culture and employee experience functions. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources across technology and hospitality companies.
At BigCommerce, Becky oversees a wide range of human resources, facilities and administrative functions for the company, including global talent management, organizational development, HR operations and culture.
Becky has played a leading role in building BigCommerce’s award-winning culture, scaling the HR team through the company’s growth and leading its “Whole Human” approach. She has led the development of the HR Business Partner function, strengthened culture and engagement efforts, as well as learning and development.
Becky first joined BigCommerce in 2012 as one of the company’s founding HR team members. After leaving briefly to build and lead the HR team at another software company, she returned in 2021. Through her cumulative nine years with BigCommerce, she has helped the company grow from 70 employees to nearly 1,500 employees across 13 countries.
Becky holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She currently lives in Austin, Texas, with her family.
