Commerce experts Groove help re-launch online store for iconic gourmet food provider; online orders increase 19.5 percent after migrating to Bigcommerce Enterprise

As part of a strategic plan to expand its online retail operations, Di Bruno Bros., a specialty retailer of the year award recipient and central figure in the burgeoning Philadelphia culinary industry, selected Bigcommerce Enterprise over competitive platforms to power sales of its unique collection of specialty foods and gifts to consumers nationwide. Since its re-launch, the new Di Bruno Bros. store has seen a 19.5 percent increase in online orders as well as a 43 percent improvement in conversion rates.

Prior to the redesign, Di Bruno Bros.’ mobile shopping experience converted at a rate that was considered low by industry standards. With nearly 40 percent of the former site’s traffic coming from mobile devices, Groove was tasked with developing a responsive, mobile-optimized experience that enabled Di Bruno Bros. to capture incremental revenues from mobile shoppers.

The new platform also provides Di Bruno Bros.’ the ability to measure transactions through enhanced reporting tools to aid in marketing optimization.
