Your business needs to meet the following requirements to use Buy with Prime:
- US-based business. You must have a registered US business, as Buy with Prime is only available in the US.
- Your own website. You must have an ecommerce site beyond Amazon.com.
- You need a Professional Seller Central account to start the setup of Buy with Prime.
- Products offering Buy with Prime must use Amazon’s fulfillment services (which includes Multi-Channel Fulfillment). If you’re not using Amazon’s fulfillment services, get started here.
- Products must comply with all laws and regulations and with Amazon's policies. The sale of illegal, unsafe, or other restricted products listed on these pages, including products available only by prescription, is strictly prohibited.
- Must be within Amazon Pay acceptable use policy (AUP). This Acceptable Use Policy lists items and activities that we prohibit because they may be illegal or inappropriate in connection with the use of Amazon Pay services.
- To ensure that products maintain quality standards and that customers have a positive experience during the summer months, meltable inventory is not accepted in Amazon fulfillment centers from April 15 to October 15.
