Cost was $1975.00 for first month and Amazon setup. Could only get a call back when trainer had time 1-2x per week. When system didn't work they only have email support with 24-48 hr. answer time. Good luck running a companies data on this abysmal customer service. When they 15 step email support doesn't work you can't call anyone to get a fix or solution. A company would be better off hiring a computer programmer to navigate this treachery. Not a user or customer friendly environment. When I spoke up on twitter about the situation. They had a lawyer threaten me with defamation. This company is comes across as carnivorous for money only. Thanks, John Keister One World Sales 410.800.3313

System is very good and thorough. Be advised though - it's very expensive. They've added Big Commerce to it, but there are additional charges for that service. It's a shame they're so costly - especially in comparison to others on the market.
