How do I import products into BigCommerce from a CSV?

Where can my import file come from?

Eight sources: file upload, FTP, SFTP, FTPS (Explicit), FTPS (Implicit), WebDAV, a Google Sheet, or any public download URL. Comma, semicolon, tab and pipe delimiters are detected automatically; non-UTF-8 files are normalised.

What if an import goes wrong?

Test with five products first, watch live progress, cancel mid-run. Each run gives two downloadable CSV reports — products imported, and products that failed with a reason for each. And one click undoes the whole import, deleting every product it created and returning your credits.
