What is Export Stash?

Export Stash is a BigCommerce app that bulk-imports products from CSV, syncs inventory to eBay and from supplier files, and automatically exports orders, products, customers, reviews, sales reports and product feeds to email, FTP, SFTP or Google Sheets on a schedule you control.

How do I bulk import products into BigCommerce from a CSV?

Map your CSV columns to BigCommerce product fields in a three-step wizard and run it. Your column headers and a sample value appear beside each field, so no developer or BigCommerce CSV template is needed. Import from upload, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, WebDAV, Google Sheets or any download URL. Comma, semicolon, tab and pipe delimiters are detected automatically.

What product data can I import?

Name, SKU, price, weight, description, cost, retail, sale and MAP price, dimensions, shipping cost, inventory, brand, UPC, GTIN, MPN, warranty, bin picking number, availability, pre-order details, tax code, images, variant images and custom fields. Variants support up to three options such as color, size and material. Combine columns, set fixed values and change text case.

What if an import goes wrong?

Test with five products first, watch live progress and cancel anytime. Each run gives success and failure CSV reports with a reason for every failed product, and one click undoes the whole import and returns your credits.

How do I sync BigCommerce inventory to eBay?

Connect your eBay account and Export Stash pushes stock levels to your eBay listings hourly or daily, matched by SKU. Choose the stock location, preview changes with a dry run, run it on demand and review the sync history.

Can I update stock and prices from a supplier file?

Yes. Pull a CSV from upload, FTP, SFTP, FTPS or a URL and update inventory level, price, sale, retail and cost price, weight, UPC, MPN, GTIN, bin picking number, name or description, matched by SKU. Mark prices up or down by a percentage and round them to .99, .95, .90, the nearest .05 or .10, a whole number or ending in 9. Runs on a schedule, with a dry run first.

What can I export from BigCommerce?

Orders, products and inventory including variants, customers, product reviews, and sales reports such as popular products sold over 30, 60 or 90 days or by quarter.

How do I export BigCommerce orders automatically?

Schedule order exports every 15 or 30 minutes, hourly, daily, on weekdays, weekends, chosen days or the first or last day of the month, or export instantly when an order is created, updated or changes status. Export one row per line item or per order, and optionally update the order status after export.

Can I filter and customize my exports?

Yes. Filter orders by status, last N days, date range, current or previous month, current year, SKU, product, category, brand, option, channel, state, postcode and order total. Filter products by brand, category, channel, SKU, title words and stock, and exclude hidden products or products without images. Choose, rename and reorder columns, add custom fields or fixed values, set the date format and use dates in file names.

Which formats and destinations are supported?

CSV, XLSX, TXT and XML files, sent to multiple email addresses, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, BigCommerce WebDAV or a live Google Sheet that can be overwritten, appended to or written as a new sheet each run. Send to several destinations at once.

How do I create a Google Shopping feed for BigCommerce?

Choose a channel (Google Shopping, Microsoft Bing, Meta/Instagram, TikTok or Pinterest), set the currency, Google product category, gender, age group and units, filter products, and publish the feed to a public URL for Google Merchant Center, or to FTP or email on a schedule.

Can I add profit margin labels to my Google Shopping feed?

Yes. Set custom labels from margin, markup, profit, price or stock, for example MARGIN_50_PLUS, to split Google Ads Shopping campaigns by profitability. Shipping labels can be set from product dimensions.

Are ready-made templates included?

Yes. Order templates for SAP (including refunds only), Descartes myVan, TylerNet and Railplus; product templates for BigCommerce bulk edit, PriceRunner by Klarna and a highest-price list; and a BigCommerce customer template. Or build your own.
