The connector supports VAT-aware invoice and credit-note line creation, category/nominal-code mapping, by-line VAT rounding, and automatic rounding adjustments where needed so FreeAgent document totals match the original cart and payment totals.

Uses FreeAgent’s native workflows

CarryTheOne works with FreeAgent’s native accounting features, including invoices, credit notes, contacts, bank transaction explanations and email templates.

Depending on your configuration, invoices and credit notes can be marked as sent/open, emailed through FreeAgent, and optionally assigned payments using FreeAgent bank transaction explanations.

Every business handles its accounts slightly differently. CarryTheOne includes configuration options for FreeAgent accounts, tax rates, categories, bank accounts, payment methods, document numbering, reference behaviour, email behaviour and payment creation.

Volume Premiums

CarryTheOne pricing starts at $36.99/month for the first integration. A Volume Premium may apply if your total order/refund volume is above 250 orders/refunds per month across all integrations on your CarryTheOne account.

Volume Premiums are charged once per account, not once per integration.

• 251–1,000 orders/refunds per month: +$13.99/month

• 1,001–5,000 orders/refunds per month: +$39.99/month

• 5,001–10,000 orders/refunds per month: +$66.99/month

• 10,001+ orders/refunds per month: +$92.99/month

A 5% buffer is used before moving an account up to a higher Volume Premium tier, helping avoid changes caused by small one-cycle fluctuations.
