And manage Royal Mail UK and International services — including Heavy and Large Letter formats — with per-country pricing that takes minutes to update via CSV upload.

Built for international selling. Postal service descriptions are automatically translated into the customer's local language at checkout, helping you increase conversions in non-English markets. Full EU IOSS compliance handles the €150 threshold automatically, including local VAT calculation and DDP/DDU filtering for all 27 EU member states. Country-specific FedEx disbursement fees, duty handling (DDP/DDU per country), and postcode/ZIP-based territory detection for sub-regions like the Canary Islands and US territories are all supported out of the box.

Surcharges and costs handled for you. Add packaging costs based on order weight, in-house insurance for untracked services (giving you a safety net for claims), Royal Mail Green and Peak surcharges, FedEx Priority handling charges, and fuel surcharges that can either be entered manually or scraped automatically from the Royal Mail website each day. When fuel rates change, your prices stay accurate without you lifting a finger — saving hours every time the carriers update their tariffs.
