SyncBig is a native BigCommerce app that automatically pushes your store data to Google Sheets, Asana, and Slack on a schedule you define. Whether your operations team needs a live spreadsheet of today's orders, your product team wants Asana tasks created for every new SKU, or your sales team wants a Slack alert whenever new customers sign up — SyncBig handles it automatically, in the background, without any code.

What you can sync:

- Orders — statuses, totals, customer details, line items, and more

- Products — SKUs, names, prices, inventory levels, and more

- Customers — IDs, names, email addresses, and more

Where you can send it:

- Google Sheets — data lands directly in a spreadsheet you control, formatted with a header row and one row per record

- Asana — records become tasks in a project you choose, with your selected fields mapped to Asana custom fields (or written into the task's Notes automatically if your Asana plan doesn't support custom fields)

- Slack — records are posted as structured messages or a single summary alert to any channel

How scheduling works:

Choose from hourly, every 6 hours, every 12 hours, daily, weekly, or a one-time run. All schedules run in UTC and SyncBig handles incremental syncing automatically — after the first full sync, each subsequent run only fetches records that have changed since the last run, keeping your destinations up to date without duplicating data.

Full visibility:

The Sync History log gives you a complete audit trail of every sync — when it ran, how many records were synced, and whether it succeeded or failed. The dashboard shows live counts of active jobs, syncs completed today, and any failures at a glance.
