    Thanks so much for reaching out. You’re absolutely right. These features are better geared toward mid-market and enterprise brands, rather than startups, given their price point. These brands also tend to have a larger pool of products, making faceted search much more necessary for their businesses. You could always upgrade to the enterprise plan by talking to your account manager. On that plan, these search functionalities come built in for no additional cost.

    I agree with Bible Bible… Both great solutions, out of range for most small businesses, Big Commerce: lower the pricing for this feature and you will have 2 guaranteed sales – sounds like…if not more. Feel free to contact me to discuss.

  • I would love to have filter search. But your company Nextopia charges over $200 per month and if I want it from Big Commerce I have to have the enterprise account at over $300 per month. Both of you have made it impossible for the small to medium size business to have filter search. I had checked Magento’s platform and they have a plug in for $15.00 per month.

    I would love to hear that you have a cheaper plan. I would just be happy with filter search.
